With over 22 years of experience as a holistic therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life — each with their own story, challenges, and unique light. Through thousands of sessions, I’ve witnessed how powerful it can be when we slow down, reconnect, and allow space for healing to unfold naturally.
My own journey has led me through Reiki, life coaching, and counselling, each one deepening my understanding of how mind, body, and spirit intertwine. Reiki, especially, has been a guiding thread in my personal and professional growth — teaching me the importance of stillness, energy, and connections. Over the years, I’ve brought these learnings together — blending the intuitive awareness of energy work, the clarity of coaching, and the empathy of counselling — to create Silent Walks: spaces where we can pause, breathe, and listen deeply to ourselves and the world around us.
